Introducing Thrivr Care Navigation Support for Fight CRC Members

Join our pilot and find a partner for your cancer journey.

As part of Fight CRC's ongoing commitment to our members, we have partnered with Thrivr Health to provide nurse navigators to patients (and their loved ones) currently in stages 2-4 of colorectal cancer. The initial pilot will be free of charge and offer the following services over a 3 month period:

‍

- Up to 8 calls (video or phone) with a nurse navigator specializing in GI cancers
within a 3-month timeframe.
- Support to help you understand your treatment options, dietary needs, lab
results, biomarker status, and anything else that comes up along your cancer
journey.
- Help in navigating clinical trials, should this be of interest/a need.
